Founded in 2008 by Japanese entrepreneur Mr. Taiichi Sato, the company established its early reputation through disciplined production, dependable customer support, and a strong industrial presence inside the First Cavite Industrial Estate (FCIE) under PEZA.
In 2026, ownership was formally transferred to Mr. Hideyuki Natori, who has served as President since 2018. With that transition, the company officially entered a new chapter as part of the Natori Group of Companies, strengthening NHM's role within a wider network of manufacturing expertise while preserving its practical, customer-focused operating culture.
